About Me
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Kim Peacock, and I offer a calm, grounding space for slowing down, tuning in, and living more intentionally. Through gentle yoga flows, embodied movement, and mindful practices.
This isn’t about striving or doing more — it’s about softening into presence. Moving with awareness, living with intention, and creating space for what truly matters.
I've been exploring mindful movement for over 20 years. My journey began during my Performing Arts studies, where I first experienced the deep connection between movement and emotional well-being. In 2002, I discovered yoga and meditation, and it transformed how I related to myself and the world. I trained with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in the Bahamas (Yoga Alliance Accredited), qualifying as a teacher in 2004.
Since then, I’ve continued learning from many traditions— Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness Meditation. I also specialise in Yoga Anatomy and Yoga Therapy, supporting individuals with musculoskeletal and health conditions through private and small group sessions.
My teaching is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and embodied awareness. I aim to create a warm, inclusive space where you feel safe to explore, breathe, and move in a way that feels authentic and nourishing. I also offer intuitive movement, encouraging trust in your body’s innate intelligence and rhythm.
Before becoming a mother, I taught up to 20 classes a week across London. I’ve embraced a slower, more intentional way of living. Motherhood has deepened my practice — teaching me presence, patience, and the beauty of simplicity. These lessons continue to shape how I teach and live.
If you’re longing for a gentler rhythm, a deeper connection to yourself, and a mindful approach to movement and life, you’re in the right place.
